Live queries over Instances on CollectionService:CreateCollection, with a fallback backend: members join and leave as their tags, attributes, names, properties and parents change, and onAdded / on(event) / onAttribute callbacks and effect files are wired up and torn down with them. Handles on the same query share one Collection.
